The New York actor accused of with a sword has been officially charged with second-degree murder. He did not enter a plea when he was arraigned Friday from the hospital prison ward where he's been undergoing a psych evaluation since the Nov. 23 slaying,Doudoune Moncler Femme.
Brea, who had small roles in Ugly Betty and Step Up 3-D, wove a whole "I killed the demon inside her" theory , but prosecutors apparently aren't buying it,Piumino Moncler.

Brea is accused of killing mom Yannick Brea, 55, in the bathroom of their family's apartment in Brooklyn's Prospect Heights.
